Instructions for the preparation and submission of an Extended Abstract (2 pages)

Each Extended Abstract should clearly describe the work done, its importance and main conclusions.

All Extended Abstracts must be written in English or Portuguese and should be formatted according to the instructions in the template provided. The Extended Abstract should not exceed 2 pages. Before submitting your manuscript, please check carefully for incorrect grammar use and spelling mistakes.

Extended Abstracts should be converted to PDF format (maximum size of 4MB) and submitted electronically using the Symposium Paper Submission System. Anyone who may be unable to use the web-based submission system may alternatively send an e-mail to the secretariat (acustica2019@itecons.uc.pt), with the title of the work, authors contact details and an attached PDF file containing the Extended Abstract.

Please note that a person may co-author several communications, however each presentation should be made by a different co-authors. Note that each valid author registration allows the submission of one, and only one, abstract/paper to the event.
