Oral presentation guidelines
The abstracts/papers accepted for presentation at the Symposium will be divided up into thematic sessions.
Oral presentations shall not exceed the duration of 12 minutes, after which a discussion of 3 minutes will be allowed.
A computer and an image projector will be made available to the authors in order for them to make their presentation in MS PowerPoint or PDF format. To avoid delays in the symposium schedule, the use of personal computers will not be allowed.
Authors presenting the abstracts/papers must be in their assigned room at least 15 minutes before the start of the relevant session so as to transfer their files onto the computer of the organization. Please find the moderator of the session to let them know you will be making the presentation.
