Under the Sustainable Habitat Cluster Anchor Project, ITeCons is constructing a new building located next to the headquarters of ITeCons with a total gross floor area of approximately 4.172,0 m2. This new building is made up of 3 contiguous bodies and it includes a set of new lab spaces as well as new office spaces for technical and administrative support.

This extension accounts for 2.1 million euros of the 6.5 million euros global investment funded under the recast of the Sustainable Habitat Cluster Anchor Project.

The deadline for this project is the end of the year 2013. ITeCons will contribute further to a sustainable construction sector by providing specialized services to address issues and challenges faced by the sector in due time.
