Diagnostics of anomalies
The identification, diagnosis and indication of anomaly mitigation procedures are services that Itecons makes available. This evaluation promotes conservation of a building, since intervention actions are indicated that aim to mitigate existing anomalies, such as infiltrations, condensation, cracking, etc., promoting the salubrity and safety of the building and the comfort of its occupants. The definition of the causes that gave rise to anomalies is sometimes fundamental in situations of litigation.
Technical expertise may also be useful in situations where the building is to be rehabilitated, helping to make better constructive solutions.
The diagnosis of anomalies can be performed by visual inspection, thermographic inspection and/or by testing. All this work (inspection and testing) is carried out by technicians qualified for this purpose.
