Authors will be e-mailed as regards to the acceptance of their paper before the notification deadline is reached. After acceptance, the final version of the paper should be submitted electronically in Portable Document Format (PDF) via our submission website. Authors must register before the final paper confirmation of acceptance deadline. Only upon payment of the registration fee before the end of this deadline will the authors receive an e-mail confirming the inclusion of the paper in the Conference.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

Papers (3-5 pages short papers) must be written in English and should be formatted according to the instructions in the template provided below. Before submitting your manuscript, please check carefully for incorrect grammar use and spelling mistakes.
The first page must include the title of the paper, the authors' names and institutions, keywords and abstract. It will be used for the book of abstracts therefore the length of one page shall not be exceeded.

A person may co-author several papers provided that each paper is presented by different co-authors. Each valid registration entitles the author to the submission of one, and only one, paper to the conference.

The publication of a book is foreseen, if there are a sufficient number of quality papers.

Selected papers presented at the conference will be published in a scientific journal subject to peer review.
