The final version of the paper should be submitted electronically using the Conference's Paper Submission System (link to be announced), taking into account the comments made by the reviewer, reported at the time of the notification of acceptance by the Scientific Committee. By the final paper confirmation of acceptance deadline the corresponding author will receive an e-mail confirming that the final version of the paper is Camera Ready and will be included in the Conference.

Any paper submitted to the EfS 2015 Conference must not, under any circumstances, contain the same essential technical content as other papers submitted to any other conference. The conference proceedings will be given to all participants in digital format.

After the conference, special issues of peer reviewed scientific journals will be produced in order for extended versions of the highest quality papers presented at the conference to be published.
