Papers should be submitted electronically using the Conference Paper Submission System - http://www.webchairing.com/efs2015/submission/. Detailed instructions are provided on the submission site.

Authors will be asked to fill out information regarding the contact for the corresponding author. This will automatically generate an e-mail acknowledging the submission of the paper to the corresponding author. Later on, before the notification deadline is reached, this author will also be contacted via e-mail as regards to the acceptance of the paper.

Authors must indicate which thematic session or topic the paper is submitted under. Please consider the general framework of the conference theme when proposing a topic for a special thematic session or submitting a paper.

Anyone who may be unable to use the web-based paper submission system may alternatively send an e-mail to the secretariat with the title of paper, author(s), affiliation(s), contact details, list of keywords, the abstract, and an attached PDF file containing the short paper.

Only PDF files will be accepted. If you do not have the necessary tools to generate PDF files, you can use free online services at http://createpdf.adobe.com or http://www.pdfonline.com.
