The papers accepted for the EfS 2015 Conference will be presented during parallel sessions to take place on the date of the Conference.

Oral presentations should be made in English, by one of the co-authors, and should not exceed the duration of 15 minutes, after which a discussion of 5 minutes will be allowed.

Authors presenting the papers must be in their assigned room at least 15 minutes before the start of the relevant Thematic Session so as to transfer their files onto the computer. Please find the moderator of the Session to let them know who will be making the presentation.

Each room is equipped with a computer and an image projector for authors to make their presentation MS PowerPoint or PDF format.
